AMIS AND OBJECTS
1.To help and provide the financial aid facility and dowry to the poor needy ladies / women of the locality
2. To provide the financial help for education of the orphan student or needy students.
3. To provide them Dispensary to the habitants of the area.
4. To provide the financial help for repair/maintenance of Churches.
5. To raise the fund for promotion of the society
6. This society is established only for the welfare of the peoples and promote the aims of this society.
7. To do all other things which are most equal and necessary to attain the above objects.
Conditions for Membership
Any educated person who fulfils the following conditions can be become a member of the society:-
a. Agree to abide by its aims and objects.
b. Agrees to pay monthly subscription as decided by the members but the President has powers to accept or reject the application for membership.
Termination of Membership
The membership can be terminated under any one of the following reasons:-
a On death or un-sound mind or insolvency.
b. If the monthly subscription is not paid consecutively for three months.
C. If any step is taken against the interest of the Society. The decision of the Executive Committee shall be final in this respect.
Elections
a. Elections of the Executive Committee will be held after every TWO YEAR.
b. The members of the Executive Committee / Office Bearers are eligible re- elections.
C. Presence of the candidate shall be essential during the election or in absence.
d. The electorates shall cast their votes only in person and not in proxy.
e. If any member is sick or gone outside the country can cast his/her vote through proxy or by telex which should reach before 24 hours of election.
